This stone is in the Ammolite looking Opal section of the collection. 

Ammolites is another mineral, which is fossilized mother of pearl (I prefer the French word « Nacre » 💁‍♂️).

Ammolites often have more reddish tones but a feeling of shallowness in the body, probably because the play of color comes from a thinner layer. 

Anyyywayyy, these few opals patterns have stratified layers reminiscent of Ammolites, to me! And since I often find Opalised fossils of shells, how distant can Ammolite and opal really... must be an opalised Mother of pearl from time to time, and this might be a fragment!
